Vintage AO SAFETY GOGGLES GLASSES METAL CASE Bausch Lomb Vintage pair of plastic American Optical Safety glasses. The hard metal case is marked B & L for Bausch & Lomb. Inside old wiping rag is Safety Optical Service. Very old metal case closes securely. It has some light surface rust and missing green color. Looks almost like an old army glasses case. Glass lenses have a few scratches. They are real glass lenses I believe, they feel cold to the touch. I can just read on the top of the right frame, WIRE MOULDED. They have a tiny S in a circle on each. I am sure these can be replaced, and perhaps with sunglass lenses so that they could be worn riding motorcycles. Nice folding side plastic air vented protection, keeps the bugs out! Need a good cleaning and for their age they are in pretty good condition,. Cool green wire type side arms. All screws in tact.
