40-pin MicroChip PIC Development PCB Click to view supersized image This is the Rapid-40 PIC Development Bare Board for 40-pin Microcontrollers. This is a PCB designed to facilitate the rapid prototyping of a 40-pin MicroChip PIC microcontroller circuit/device. This is a bare PCB with no parts on it so that you can populate it per your requirements. Users can construct their application circuit in the prototyping area with space available for several ICs and/or numerous discrete components. This is an excellent PCB to use to develop quick circuits. It is an ideal platform for doing rapid hardware and software development. Sold as a bare PCB. You will have to supply the parts. A schematic and manual is included to identify which parts are needed and where to place them. The following items are required but not supplied: a 9-12vdc power supply (wall-mount type), the actual 8-pin PIC you will want to use, the tools to program it (such as MPLAB) and jumper wires for the breadboard.
