The design uses 10-32 screws to hold in the router. The 6061 Aluminum material was machined on a Haas CNC Center Milling Machine. You can use the drawing below with the hole arrangements to build your jig and holding fixture to accept the router mount. CNC Routering, Jig Up your work, Vertical Holder for vertical right side up jobs. New Billet Aluminum 6061 Made with HAAS CNC Pre Drilled .5 shaft hole , 10-32 set screw. Use for holding shaft for your design dust collection vacuum holes (not included or available) Aluminum 6061- .75 inch thick aluminum for the mount.
