For sale is a 72MB Disk-On-Chip Memory by M-Systems. These are an industry standard replacement for a hard drive in industrial applications that need a rugged replacement for the hard-drive, typically on single-board computers and industrial PCs. They plug into a 32-pin IC socket on the motherboard. These units are used, having been removed from single board computers when more memory was required (they were replaced with a similar Disk-On-Chip with more memory). They were working when they were removed from the single board computers. We have not individually tested these units, but we will guarantee that they work and will accept returns for exchange or refund (at our option, depending on stock) for a period of 7 days following receipt.
