Both thermometers will work with either K- or J-type thermocouples, selectable by the user. A high quality, high performance, single-channel Digital Thermocouple Thermometer with 1°C or 0.1°C (1°F or 0.2°F) resolution. Resolution applies to entire measurement range of instrument. Functions include selectable readout in °C or °F, easily converted with the push of a button; self-test; and HOLD Mode, which freezes a reading for convenient viewing, then releases it for continued measurements.
