The new mounting plate with a flexible mounting plate. The new mounting method will eliminate the tendency for the VAR control to bind. An illustration showing the old and new solder tab configuration of R9828 is also provided to facilitate replacement. NOTE: If the serial number of you instrument is greater than those listed above or this kit has been installed, disregard the instructions and install R9828 as a direct replacement.
