This is for qty.2 New Kennametal Top Notch grooving and or slotting insert. It is .687" tall, .378" wide, at the tip the cut is .278" These do fit Kennametal Top Notch Holders and they are made by Kennametal Grade K45 Still in original package not seen in photo If in Michigan add 6% sales tax.
