This is a very nice Class 2 ANSI polyester vest. It is neon green with glass bead reflective tape and black bias. This vest meets the ANSI/ISEA 107-1999 specifications, and works beautifully on the job site, along the highway, or just walking the dog. We are the manufacturer of these vests, and we have a large supply of extras, discontinued models, prototypes, and samples of various sorts. These vests are in perfectly good condition, and they are all new. They are really simple: velcro closure, no pockets. These breathe well and are very lightweight.
