The photo show the 8060A attached to a 10 volt precision voltage source that is at least .005% accurate, even if calibration is lost. The display reading is within the 9.993 to 10.007 volts performance limit (+ or – 0.05%+2 Least Significant Digits). Note: The 5mm probe tips are not include. The voltage reference is not included. The leads powering the voltage are not included. Included are the 8060A and the red and black test lead attached to the 8060A, nothing else. Also the case is whiter than the photos make it appear. It is not suffering from UV darkening/yellowing like the photos imply. The probes are in fair condition, work well, but the red lead got burnt by a soldering iron, not all the way to the conductor, I dabbed a bit of high temp silocone to make it better.
