2-3/8" Cleveland Adjustable High Speed Machine Reamer This is a tapered shank, adjustable diameter, 6 bladed machine reamer. This is a Cleveland, high speed steel, made in USA. This tool is obviously used but the blades have been covered in plastic We suspect that the previous owner (a large machine shop) resharpened the blades and recoated them. There is a slit in the plastic over one of the blades and we pried it open. . . the blade looked sharp and in very good condition. NO manuals or accessories are included if not shown.
