The operating pressure range is from Atmosphere to 1x10^-11 Torr and the bellows are bakable to 300 degrees Celsius. Flange is 6" diameter O.D. with 4" diameter thru bore. Return policy: This part is backed by a 30-day warranty on any defects. The warranty will be given in the form of an exchange. In the event we are out of stock of this part the warranty will then be given as money back. Seller related failure due to improper use will be resolved in a fair manner.
