HP Agilent E4441A DVB-C QAM Coder Opt 003 Impairment signal generator for DVB-C testing. Unit boots and passes hardware tests and can be accessed via HPIB interface. Various HP utilities and software installed. Running Win 3.11 and applications would occasionally crash with windows type errors. Hardware is guaranteed non DOA but not the OS, (even Bill Gates wont guarantee that Windows will work!!). Software available from Agilent website for free download. Excellent cosmetic condition.
