We will send you a replacement item at once. If you noticed the damage after receipt of the item contact us immediately. We will ask you to photograph the damage and email it to us and ask that you keep all packaging material as well as all parts, documentation, and accessories that came with the machine. You should not attempt to use the machine unless we instruct you to do so.
