Complete with power lead for 230V AC operation with an internal switch to 115AC frequency 50-400Hz. sold as working items the outer case has minor cosmetic scratches but otherwise in good condition. The display is 4 digit plus polarity and over range indicator. The item was fully checked on all ranges against our standards, but calibration is not included, that standard test unit is not included in this sale.
