This pneumatic press frame was used in the Automotive Plastics injection parts industry The base is 73" Tall x 25" x 36" It has 25-1/4" wide x 19-1/2" tall under the U frame cylinder mount for tooling options less the gussests. The table is 24"x36" and 42-1/4" tall with a 1/2" thick steel plate for the top or platten It is mounted on 5-1/2" tall casters the frame is constructed out of 2"x2"x1/4" angle iron 2" tubing and 3"x3"x1/2" angle iron construction for the cylinder mount U frame There is a pneumatic cylinder with about a 5" bore and 5" stroke with 1-1/2" rod There are 2 aluminum plates both are 22" square one is 3/4"thick the other is 1/2" thick There is also a 10"x10"x6" inside clearance Hoffman Enclosure There is a 4" Bore 6" stroke cylinder mounted on it Many possiblities for this frame Please feel free to contact us with any questions (***)-433-1939 (this posting is the responsibility of the poster) |
