THE ISO DESIGNATION FOR THIS ITEM IS TBGT 1.211L TC40 INSERTS ARE 5/23" IC. 1/16" THICK WITH .016" NOSE RADIUS These inserts list for $6.13 each at today's price. TC40 is a Cermet insert from Kyocera Ceratip. TC40 works well for high speed finishing of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and most non-ferrous materials where excellent surface finish and / or size control is critical.
