This is a New Old Stock VU meter, Modutec model 4S-DVU-000-AB, 5 x 4 inches and mounts in a 2.75 inch hole. It was tested and is working but not checked for accuracy. It is a DC meter, without an internal rectifier. The movement indicates 0 VU with 133 uA of current. I can provide a reference circuit for an op-amp based meter rectifier circuit if needed.
