This Renishaw OMP40 probe is brand new in the box. 3D spindle-mounted probe ideally suited to small machining centers. The OMP40 probe brings the benefits of automated part set-up and in-cycle gauging to small machining centers and high-speed cutting machines. Probing can provide set-up time reductions of up to 90%, reduce scrap caused by setting errors, reduce fixture costs, and improve process control. The OMP40 uses proven Renishaw technology, but miniaturization of electronics has allowed the development of an ultra-compact probe, with no compromise in metrology performance.
