This process bath will accommodate two each 200mm wafer cassettes and includes a five-sided heating element (four-sides from the bottom) which is bonded directly to the quartz for heating chemical to 200 deg. C; also includes alumina silica insulation which is rated to 1260 deg. C and a flame retardant outer housing with many retardant safety features as standard items. This tank is designed for inline processing and does have a drain tube at the bottom. We have many more styles and configurations available. They are all new. Please contact us on other items.
