They are equivalent to each other and to SGS4532B, HEF4532B, HCF4532B, TC4532B and other equivalent CMOS 4532 ICs. Typically used as a priority encoder, binary or BCD encoder (e.g. keyboard encoding), and floating point arithmetic. Widespread uses in circuit designs. Comes in antistatic tubes.
