The price is for a 4" x 60' roll of GLOW-IN-THE-DARK photoluminescent anti-skid grit tape (SG4204PH). True Grip series of anti-slip grit tapes are an excellent choice for most general purpose applications. The tape is constructed with a 46-grit photoluminescent abrasive surface with an aggressive acrylic adhesive backing with removable paper liner. Tape offers good wear and abrasion resistance and is suitable for use both indoors, outdoors and in wet conditions. Price listed is for one roll, but you may purchase as many as you like.
