Sleeve of five new in original box Sylvania 5642 high voltage rectifier tube Tektronix used the 5642 tubes in the CRT high voltage multiplier circuit for their 500 series oscilloscopes such as the 502A, 516, 535A, 545A, 561A etc. The Tektronix 561A used two 5642 tubes and the 502A and 516 used three 5642 tubes, the Tek 535A and 545A each used five 5642 tubes.
