All warranties are void in the event of abuse, misuse, or user incompetence. Dot matrix/impact printers are operational as far as our testing process. Test pages were printed from the single sheet feed and tractor feed. These are used non-refurbished printers. We do not guarantee any warranty on said printers due to their age.
