Bend 3/4" tube to 90° in less than 10 seconds * Index marks ensure bending to length Ratchet bender bend Radius data: To accurately set location of bend along a tube length, look at top of the bending mandrel. There are two index marks about 1.25 inches apart. Mark your tubing with the length of the leg you want. Example: You want a 24" leg on the left side of the bend. Mark the tube 24" from its end. Align your mark with the line on the RIGHT side of the mandrel. Likewise if you want the leg on the right to be 36 inches long, align your mark 36?" with the mandrel's LEFT side index mark.
