RACAL DANA #1990 UNIVERSAL SYSTEMS COUNTER - We do not do any operational testing to determine operational status due to lack of accessories, manuals or knowledge. - Man hours for testing would exceed expected sales price. While we do our utmost to provide an unbiased accurate description about the condition of the unit, your assessment of the condition or appearance may be different. Therefore, if a unit does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to come to a satisfactory resolution. You must contact us within 5 Business days after you receive item. Warranty seals must be undamaged to receive refund. We are in the office from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Mountain Standard Time from Monday to Friday.
