The industry standard in high-end HVAC fans has become Elicent due to their reliability, sturdy design and the heavy-duty centrifical motor used by this Italian fan company. This fan has a wide spectrum of uses. Common uses include Home Improvment projects, such as washroom/dryer-room ventilation, cooking/kitchen ventilation, manufacturing businesses, painting businesses, cleanrooms, homeworkshops, Bar Ventilation, restaraunts, and even to pull fresh air into living areas filled with smoke or dust. This fan far out-performs a squirrel-cage fan and runs near silent when used with insulated ducting and a 650 CFM Carbon filter which is in my invetory and available only upon request. Question: Can this fan be used with a variable speed controller? Answer: Yes, any sort of 120v speed controller will work fine with this. Many users have made their own from parts found at any hardware store and saved themselves some good money. Question: Does this fan come with mounting brackets?
