3 New ? SENSUS Impulse Contactor (s) 10 gallon per contact flow meter sensors. We are guessing that these units sit over an impeller in a pipe fixture and count revolutions via magnetic sensing. There is a digital counter as well as a rotating dial as shown in the image above. The base of the units is magnetic. The 3 contacts are apparently the 3 pins that stick out of the base. Might be just what you need for your liquid/water flow sensing use. Condition looks like new but has a reading so must have been used. One is missing the white insert in the top.
