What do you have for sale (write here): Yokogawa H10X pro top gun refrigerant leak detector
1. Condition: in Good Overall Condition, may require sensor replacement!
2. Quantity: one leak detector unit /w accessories, in a black carrying case, exactly as shown!
3. Description: This is a nice used Yokogawa H10Xpro Leak Detector. The unit comes in a black carrying case /w accessories. The cosmetic condition is A+. The battery, electronics, pump are in excellent working condition. The triode sensor was getting hot in testing, as expected, but the sensor's response to a refrigerant was not convincing; the unit may require sensor replacement. The sensor replacement kits and other accessories are readily available from the multiple Yokogawa product distributers, including www. on-line suppliers.
* Quick charge battery charger
* 8" and 16" quick connect probe assemblies
* Calibration reference bottle
General information: designed developed and manufactured by Yokogawa in the U.S.A., this new product offers the industry the world's first "point and locate" leak detection tool. From its comfortable pistol grip design to its new patented sensor technology, the Top Gun never shoots blanks when it comes to locating difficult to find refrigerant leaks.
* New patented, heated triode, dispersive electron sensor technology with low power drain for long battery life. Excellent detection sensitivity equal to Yokogawa's H10PM, H10PA or H10G products.
* First breakthrough in sensor design technology in over 25 years!
* New airflow system assures quick response and fast recovery from full alarm.
* New LED display technology quantifies leak size for accurate measurement.
* The pop out, quick charge battery will run the unit continuously for 4 hours. In an `off and on' mode, 6-8 hours is the norm. With an optional quick charge battery, the unit can be run continuously around the clock.
Alarm sensitivity: SW Position R134a R12
Medium 1.0 oz./yr. 0.5 oz./yr.
Ambient temperature operation: 32° to 104° F
Measurement Features-Display Indication
* Units have both manual and automatic background compensation for alarm-free leak detection.
* A three-position switch adjusts the unit for correct sensitivity for all refrigerants.
* A .5 ounce per year (R134a) calibration reference bottle is included to verify both correct unit operation and leak sensitivity prior to test.
* 4 LEDs quantify leak size and light individually, in series, simultaneously or flash to correctly indicate small, medium, large or gross leaks.
* A battery status light shows green for a 25 to 100% charge condition. At 25% charge the LED turns yellow. When the battery is fully discharged the unit turns off automatically and the LED turns red.
* The small and medium sensitivity switch position is used to measure small, medium and large leaks of all refrigerants. The 4 LEDS light in series based on leak size to quantify a leak rate. Each LED indicates a defined ascending leak rate. The small sensitivity position is used for HFC fluorine-based refrigerants and blends. The medium position is used for CFC and HCFC refrigerants containing chlorine. An audible alarm increases in frequency as the leak sizes increases and more LEDs light up. The third LED is set for a full audible alarm level at a .5 ounce leak rate in the small sensitivity switch position (R134a, other HFCs) or, in themedium setting for CFCs and HCFCs like R12, R22, R123, etc. The forth LED lights and the full alarm continues when a leak level of 2 ounces of HFC or 5 ounces of CFC or HCFC is detected.
* The large sensitivity switch position is a true gross leak checker. In this position the unit "idles" at two audible ticks per second. All four LED remain off until a leak level of 2.0 oz/yr. Is located for CFCs or 5.0 ounces of HCFCs or HFCs. At these "trigger" levels the unit goes into full alarm and all four lights flash.
* Sensor Life is a function of the amount of refrigerants it sees. Expose it to pure refrigerants and life will be short. Use it normally looking for leaks and it will lasts for the season or longer. We specify 500 hours minimum.
