Rotocon Assembly Clamps are used to make structures, fixtures and assemblies using rods, tubes and pipes, specifically, in this case, rods or tubes measuring 1/2" O.D. Toothed faces of paired units mesh to form rigid joints at any 10 degree increment. They are made of injection molded "LEXAN", a polycarbonate resin. Lexan bolts and nuts are furnished in the required numbers. They can be assembled, disassembled or repositioned easily with a flat blade screwdriver or coin. The LSRT-1/2 features the "Snap-On" design which allows you to attach to rods already in place without disassembly. They are electrically non-conductive and will not distort at temperatures below 260 degrees F. They have a self extinguishing rating for flamability. This clamp, coupled with the Rotocon M-90 anchors and holds rods (with fixtures) at precise and adjustable angles. Each set consists of 2 clamps (4 pieces), 1 nut and 1 bolt.
