I can't read the name, letters are too small Size ...................... #40 also .098" Just a .004" over 3/32" Type .................... 2 Flute HSS Might be Cobalt, it does not say This is not an actual photo but it is pretty much identical to the one in the photo, I have had a few of them in the past that were pretty much all the same so I have used this same photo for each one.
