The item for sale is an Orthodyne Electronics Heavy Wire/ Ribbon Bonder, Model 20B (Serial# 8611005). This bonder includes 115V, 50-60Hz generator (Serial# 8608006). Microscope with stereo zoom 5-4x and unit manual is also included. This unit is currently set up for heavy AL wire. This item is used and in working condition.
