Over stock from a production in late Oct-Nov 2007: -One box of approx 100,000 white /white (white top and bottom) #3 capsules -One semi automatic capsule filler and sealer for size #3 capsules. Shows some wear and a small glue repair on side but it does not effect performance. Was used for batch production with a vibratory unit to speed up the process. Basic function: load some open capsule tops into the capsule top frame sheet , tip left to right several times and or shake with a gentle motion untill the holes are all filled. Then pour out excess capsules back into your excess capsule box. Do the same thing for the bottom half of the capsules, then with the capsule bottom loader plate in the frame pour some powder in a spread it into the holes till filled. sweep off excess powder (will have no excesss if you pre weigh/measure your powder for the exact fill required). Take capsule top plate place it with the guide holes and with gentle pressure press , the capsule tops will fit onto the bottoms. Take of frame and press any capsule tops not locked into firm locked position, pour out completed capsules and start again. If you add a vibrator unit (tablet surface type), a soft wide brush and some patience as you learn how the unit works will produce good results enough to sell productions.
