The Sieg X2 converted CNC mill (computer and software is not included), It is a perfect tools for prototyping and modeling for engineers and projects in a home workshop, but i would not recommended it for use in industrial and business production. Total RRP of material conversion (including the milling machine, controller and little bits and pieces) was spend with an approximately cost $2500. Time assembling it, PRICELESS!! Considering a USED unit because I had and used this unit for nearly 5 months, otherwise it is virtually a brand new unit with a combine operating time of 10 hours or less. The overall system is fairly accurate, backlash of approx 0.1mm or much less on all axis. (NOTE: I'm sorry i don't have adequate measuring tools to provide a specific detailed tolerances and limits, but can draw a visually perfect circle and can do a curve contour milling. As i said this is a small run or prototyping machine, not for production, PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT TO BUILD A SPACE SHUTTLE!) What's included (NOTE see photos): 1) Sieg X2 mini-mill and accessories. 2) Fully assembled industrial grade stepper motors with IP54 rating (3 x Nema 23 bipolar stepper, Torque 240 Oz/in) with aluminium bracket 3) Fully assembled ballscrews on all axis 4) Controller is fitted with industrial grade microstepping motor drivers (24V, up to 5.6Arms output) in a neatly assembled black coated professional instrument case. The controller also include RED latching emergency switch. NOTE: The voltage output is limited by the power supply, specified at 400W at 24Vdc ouput. The driver specs can handle up to 50V and 128 microstepping. 6) Power cable for Motor controller 7) Revelant documents related to hardware and/or software setup to this machine 8) Accessories from the manual mini-mill Inspections on this system is welcome, please send a message for arrangement of inspection. All questions are welcome and will reply "As soon as i possibly could", so please ask about anything regarding to this item. - Complete system will weight more than 70kgs and lifiting of unit by 2 person is require due to OH&S. - Free system setup advices and supports via phone and/or email within the first month (30days), after this period i assume you have a working unit, so please do take the time to setup and ensure that everything works.
