Wecheer micro engraver. Basically a hand power tool like a Dremel tool. Variable speed 3000 - 23000 RPM. 150 mm long and 24 mm in diameter. 100- 120 VAC. 2.4 and 3.2 mm collets. I bought this new but never used it.
