There are no batteries present so we have no way of testing this meter. The battery compartment shows some signs of leakage but does not appear to be bad enough to keep meter from working if the batteries were present. It appears that it could be easily cleaned up. The meter is being sold with no leads or batteries and is selling for parts/repair. * PLEASE SEE PHOTO FOR MORE DETAILS.
