OLD FARM FEED HAND MADE CRANK CORN SEPARATOR MACHINE Wow! This is a fantastic old homemade hand crank corn separator . The old farmer I bought it from made it to take the dried ears of corn and would put them into the hopper and turn the wheel and it would knock the corn off the cob. He used it with the vintage cast iron grinder I have listed at this time. Pretty cool invention. The outside is made from weather proof plywood, the crank handle measures 12" across with a wooden handle, no crack on the handle or wheel. The inside I am not sure but think it was homemade. I really do not know much about this other than the farmer told me what it was used for. I was going to hand it on the wall for a shelf! Would be cute in a farm kitchen as a shelf.
