The Fluke 8060A is a 4 1/2 digit (20000 count) meter that measures TRMS AC/DV voltage: range 200mV to 750V/1000V with a 10uV resolution on the 200 mV scale. AC/DV current: range 200uA to 2000mA. Ohms function: range 200 Ohms to Automatic 300 MOhms. Front panel probe jacks have seperate jacks for fused current measurements. It also measure Frequency, DBm or relative DB, Conductance, Diode check AND self diagnostics. It has an onboard microcontroller with 2.2K ROM and 48 RAM!
