Here we have 2/Two "2 4" Columbian Cotton Buffing Wheels - Part #59103"...... These are 4" Dia. x 40 Ply x 1/2" Arbor - 1/4" spiral sewn. Fits 3/8" - 1/2" Arbors. Excellent for coarse buffing or flexible grinding. 1is still seaeld in it's package, and the other one looks like it was used for a very short period of time. A Great set of items at a Great Price.
