(10) CA 3080AE HIGH-PERFORMANCE OPERATIONAL TRANSCONDUCTANCE AMPLFIERS (OTA) New, old stock (NOS ICs) SOIC ICs. The CA3080 ICs have differential input and single-ended, push-pull Class A output. In addition, the CA 3080 also has an amplifier bias input which may be used either for gating or for linear gain control. These types also have a high output impedance, and their transconductance (gM) is directly proportion to the amplifier bias current (IABC). The slew rate is very high - 50V/µs (rated for 2 MHz) - making them especially applicable for multiplexer applications because power is consumed only when the devices are in the ON channel state. The CA3080 characteristics are specifically controlled for applications such as sample-and-hold, gain-control, and multiplexing, and they also do well in multiplier, comparator and voltage-follower applications. Extended gM linearity is 3 decades. Note that transconductance opamps do not operate the same and are not wired the same as "ordinary" opamps. NOTE: Later availability not guaranteed. LIMITED QUANTITY. Seller listing codes: LD061, LR096-S01, LR097-S01, LS000-R00, MM000, CC000. (this posting is the responsibility of the poster) |
