Ammark Type 71 Straight 1" Valve Type 7 valves were sold by Ammark between 1971 and 1998. Recommended replacement for Steam Heat - replace internal valve assembly every 3-5 years, depending on system's age and source of energy. Older systems or systems that use refuse to fire the plant, often require the most frequent valve maintenance.
