Purchased from the estate of a former JDS Uniphase engineer. Does five amps 0-20v. -15-0-15v. Heavy little bugger but nicely built. Case has some cracks in the laminate. Only used by me to power car radio. Works nice. Meter is shown to just to verify the on board readings not included. Happy
