The meter is in good working condition, it comes with a rubber boot. I do not have any of the leads. I have used it with my personal leads. The meter window is a large 2½ bi 1½ inches for ease of reading, the numbers are 1 inch high by 3/8ths of an inch wide. takes to long to digest personal checks.
