Seco 8 inch face mill model# R220.13-808-0015. There are 8 inserts included, 4 sided T-25M. Removal allen wrench also included. This items retails for $ 1,369.00 with out the inserts from MSC.( I will include their quote) The inserts are 10-15 bucks each. The center hole diameter is about 2 1/2" and the bolt holes are spaced about 2 7/8" apart with a diameter of about 7/16".
