Cutler-Hammer MP-4000 Motor Protection Relay Here is a very nice refurbished Cutler-Hammer MP-4000. This is the MP4000 model, Motor Protection relay, featuring several different critical power and temperature measurements in real-time. This unit is used for control and protection of Motors and other larger inductive loads. The unit monitors current and temperature (Requires external URTD Resistive Temperature Adapter) of motor windings, bearings and other critical motor and / or Power points. The unit will also record information, and has communication options, wired and optical. The unit operates on 120v to 240vac, and is the Enhanced version of the MP-3000 unit. This newer design allows the user to actually utilize a Vt Voltage Tap along with the Ct Current measurement capabilities. The unit has been factory serviced and never re-used. The unit will boot up factory fresh and ready for use. These units have many options, or Setpoints, that can be manipulated by the end-user, for various power measurements, events, trips, relay closures, alarms and more.
