- 5.11 Tactical Fleece Jacket - I recently bought this brand new from the 5.11 Tactical Website. I removed the tags because I thought I might keep it anyway but I never used it. These jackets very rugged, comfortable and look real sharp w/patches as part of uniform...very functional and lightweight. A sharp, wind-resistant fleece jacket with an abrasion resistant collar, shoulders and elbows, the Tactical Fleece has zippered exterior handwarmer pockets and interior pockets.
