Having finished the plantation shutter project Program #0602D http:// /getproduct.php?0602 I am selling all fixtures needed for this project. I own a tool and die shop and have CNC machines that I used to fabricate these fixtures. These fixtures are far superior to the fixtures that are made from wood. * 1 set of blades for slats that fit a Shop Fox molding machine. Slats are 2 1/4" wide x 3/8 thick at thickest part, tapered to edges. (I believe these blades also fit Williams & Hussey) Cost to me $180.00 * 1 slat fixture for Shop Fox molding machine, features 1- aluminum base plate,1 flat delrin (teflon type material) subplate for forming 1st side, 1 CNC machined delrin subplate for 2nd formed side. (I am not sure if the aluminum plate will fit Williams & Hussey but it can be modified.) 2 adjustable rails. This fixture can be used for other molding operations. * 1- fixture with toggle clamps to hold slat in place for drilling end holes. I also used this fixture to drill a 1/16 dia. hole in the center of slat for an eye bolt instead of staple. * 1 wooden fixture for Porter Cable #NS100A to staple control arm to slat through eye bolt. Fixture has index holes to accurately position staples 2" apart. This fixture can position up to 15 slats. * DVD and Norm Abram's measured drawing. * Approximately 400 #3450 shutter pins from Professional Hardware. http:// /34500.htm * 1 sample of slat, 1 sample of control arm.
