The Ballistic weave fabric outer has a hook and loop loop lining with foam center, and a stiffener sandwiched in between. There are two layers of closed-cell foam for support and comfort. For added security the buckle is constructed of tri-release shatter-resistant polymer. Through Bianchi's patented AccuMold process they offer a ballistic weave molded fabric trilaminate that is light in weight, weather resistant and just plain looks great. The trilaminate construction consists of a ballistic weave fabric with a high-density closed cell foam center, and a smooth Coptex™ knit lining. This unique process allows Bianchi to precisely mold and shape foam and fabric to rival the most detailed hand boned leather holster.
