We have two new 42260B Collet Chucks that are 5.75 long and one new 42660A Collet Chuck that is 6.25 long. The collet chucks were included in a CNC lathe package we purchased and we have never used them. A collet chuck applies clamping force all around the circumference of the part instead of just at select contact areas. The result is tight concentricity. ATS collet chucks typically provide repeatability of 0.0005 inch TIR or better. The collet chuck can also be adjusted for concentricity during installation to further improve accuracy. These ATS Workholding Collet Chucks retail for around $2400.00 each. We have set a low price for each collet chuck. Master Collets are not included. ATS "S" Style Pull Back Collet Chucks Actuated by the pullback motion of the drawtube. Utilizes standard Hardinge S-26 Style Master Collet and Pad assembly. S-Style Collets have a 15 degree nose taper and a 1:2.5 Pull Back Ratio. Works with standard barfeed applications. Shorter profile for more tool clearance.
