Tektronix 7603 oscilloscope with 7D02 logic analyzer plug-in. The last time this was used it worked fine, but that was a few years ago. This item includes a manual on CD. As you can see in the picture, most everything passes self-test, but the "PER. MOD.-SYSTEM" fails, I believe because there is no personality module plugged into the plug-in.
