All connections for both the input (mains) and the output (+5V DC) are made via exposed screw-clamp terminals at the front of the unit. Voltage adjustment made via an accessible pot alongside the connectors. Adjustment can be made conveniently without removing any part of the casing. The one which I tested gave an off-load adjustment range of 4.25V to 6.20V. The unit you receive may have a slightly different range but this gives you an idea.
